About Julie Montgomery

Out of 4,500 realtors in the Mountain States Region (Colorado, Arizona, Utah, New Mexico and Wyoming), Julie Montgomery finished No. 11 in sales production by helping over 85 families buy and sell real estate in 2007. 

As a result, she was awarded the "Chairman Club's" designation, the most coveted and highest-ranking award offered by the RE/MAX company worldwide.

Julie was also recently inducted into the "RE/MAX Hall of Fame," a accomplishment received by less than 1% of all RE/MAX realtors worldwide.  She received this award after less than five years with RE/MAX.

 

In addition, she was nominated in 2008 and is now featured in The Cambridge Who's Who Registry , a detailed compilation of biographies of executives, professionals and entrepreneurs. The membership base is international, with the majority of members in the United States, Canada, Australia and England.

 

Doing her homework both in and outside the classroom is "critically important," says Julie.

 

To prove the point, she's holds two advanced real estate designations, the GRI (Gradute of Real Estate Institute) and the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), and has a Master's degree in business marketing and a Bachelor's degree in journalism from the from the University of Colorado.
